The most popular type of products is full-crushed paving stones with dimensions of 100x100x50 mm. During the processing of granite residues, the resulting paving stones of each deposit are folded into a separate box and so a warehouse stock of paving stones of dozens of different colors and deposits of up to several thousand square meters of each type is gradually formed.
From the remains of slabs and slabs by splitting, a sawn-chopped paving stone is obtained, in which the top is sawn and heat–treated, the bottom is sawn, and the perimeter is chopped. It is possible to produce full-chipped and sawn-chipped granite paving stones of all types under the order.
In addition, a wide range of crushed products with a "rock" surface texture ("rusticated stone", "rust") is produced at the stone-making site. Usually, for this purpose, a sawn billet of the required cross-section is taken and split into the required thickness of the plate. At the same time, the front and back sides are chipped, which improves grip when facing. If necessary, the front side can be modified ("pinning", cutting the welt). It should be known that the greater the width and length of the crushed product, the greater its thickness should be in order to receive it only by splitting, otherwise, when the workpiece is split, the corners will only chip off, and not a puncture of the workpiece will occur. Also, the required thickness depends on the properties of a particular granite. To obtain thin plates with a "rock" texture, sawing off a thin plate after splitting and other technological techniques are used.
